Severity: normal
While the locale is set to de_AT.UTF-8 Thoughttracker still displays
everything appearently as if it was encoded in latin1 or so.
Input of UTF-8 characters did not make any trouble, it is written to the
data file unchanged.
The easy fix would be just displaying characters according to the current
locale, while a preferable solution would convert the input from the locale
charset to a unicode charset for storage. (An upgrade of the data file will
have to be done interactivly)

The thoughttracker package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/327149 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
