apt-cacher leaves many processes lying around after all clients
disconnected. Here is a ps output:

With debug=1 in /etc/apt-cacher/apt-cacher.conf, for every second, there
is one line "read 0 bytes" in the log file, until there is a line "abort
(timeout)". However, the apt-cacher.pl process appear not to exit
during the time for this bug report.
I do not know whether these processes will die in the near future. If
they do not die, apt-cacher will use all the memory (and other resources)
of the system. So this bug might be release critical.
I do not see this happening on unstable, hence the sarge tag.
Regards,
Qingning
