I've activated the phishing filter in the preferences dialog, and the
urlclassifiers*.sqlite files are updated.  However, if I visit a
phishing page, no warning is displayed.

And it does work on http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-trap.html.
Unless you can point to something that is recognized by the official
firefox as phishing that is not by iceweasel, we can't consider this a
bug.
