Subject: kdesvn: timeout too short?
Package: kdesvn
Version: 0.14.4-1
Severity: important
*** Please type your report below this line ***
Hi,
trying to checkout
https://vegastrike.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/vegastrike/trunk aborts with:
Added /home/lee/Games/vs/trunk/vegastrike/boost/1_35/boost/bimap.hpp
Pristine state was modified.
Update /home/lee/Games/vs/trunk/vegastrike/boost/1_35/boost
Update complete /home/lee/Games/vs/trunk/vegastrike/boost/1_35/boost (Rev
46414)
Update external module /home/lee/Games/vs/trunk/vegastrike/boost/1_35/src
PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/boost/!svn/vcc/default'
PROPFIND of '/svn/boost/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request
(http://svn.boost.org)
I tried rapidsvn with similar results and finally installed the subversion
package to use the commandline svn. The commandline svn does the checkout
just fine, but during the checkout, there was a lengthy timeout when trying
to get the boost library from the repository.

Sorry, it turned out that svn didn't checkout, either. It just didn't
tell me that it didn't.
Can this bug be closed then?
Yes, I would think so. Either three different clients
fail to check it out now (extremely unlikely), or there
is something wrong with the repository/source I'm trying
to compile (far more likely). Some files seem to be missing.
I should have waited before filing a bug report, sorry!
Never mind. Closing the bug report then.
Cheers,
Michael
