When Gabber2 starts he doesn't connect to the Windows Manager
(sawfish-gnome) and so the main window cannot be moved or resized and
the program doesn't appear in the windows list of Gnome.

The gtkmm error reported at startup is:

gabber2 was removed from Debian because of these reasons:
unmaintained upstream, better alternatives exist
