If the python-binary is not 'python' but i.e. 'python2.3' instead,
dh_python fails with "Python is not installed, aborting. (Probably 
forgot to Build-Depend on python.)".

Please make it dynamically so one can use for example python2.3-dev as 
the only python-dependency in build-depends.
