Most other software uses english dialogs due to LC_MESSAGES being set
to en_US.
kvirc insists on talking German. And the German translation of kvirc
is a real insult to any German speaker. It is worse than the (already
bad) usual Debian translation for German and should IMO be removed
completely.

Hello:
Some time went by and we haven't received any negative feedback. Anyway,
I've been informed that the German translation is complete and up to date.
LC_MESSAGE malfunction is a limitation of kvirc reported upstream:
https://svn.kvirc.de/kvirc/ticket/170 which could be work-arounded manually
forcing language in Preferences->Kvirc preferences...->General
options->Language inside there, "Force language".
Anyways, having a correct translation should make this unnecessary.
Hence closing this bug. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.
