The Meta key works when I put the focus directly on the terminal but
doesn't when I'm using the cssh window.
For example, M-b prints "b" instead of moving the cursor backward one
word. It's quite boring to use ESC-b instead.
FYI, I add to put "XTerm*metaSendsEscape: True" in my ~/.Xresources in
order to get the Meta key working with xterm.
