cp /etc/cron.daily/webalizer to /etc/cron.daily/ftpalizer
and run the binary with -F ftp and use another config file
say /etc/ftpalizer.conf with the main difference:
LogFile /var/log/xferlog
OutputDir /var/www/ftpalizer
