debian/apt-file.postinst currently reminds the user to run "sudo
apt-file update" after installation. I believe that this script should
be changed to either (1) remove the reference to sudo entirely, since a
base, non-expert debian installation does not configure sudo for normal
users, or (2) include a test to see if /usr/bin/sudo exists, and if it
doesn't exist, suggest an alternative way to update the cache, like "su
root -c 'apt-file update'".
