Version: 0.9+svn40-1

This file no longer crashes in version 0.9, which involved a complete
replacement of the image handling backend of xzgv.  So it was probably
fixed in 0.9+svn34-1, but I've only just tested it now.

Please let me know if you can still replicate this issue with the
latest xzgv, but I believe it to be fixed.
