Hi,
is there a possibility to add certain hardware to a blacklist in order
to not suspend if it's plugged in?
In my case, it's a
ID 0ccd:0038 TerraTec Electronic GmbH Cinergy T^2 DVB-T Receiver
(from lsusb) that freezes my laptop when I run s2disk. It switches to a
text console successfully and the last thing it writes is
"Snapshotting"...
If I remember to unplug it first, s2disk works perfectly.

Hi Andreas,
Your problem with the USB-receiver is really a kernel bug. If you
really want to fix this problem it is best to contact the
the people working on power-managemet and usb and file a bug at
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/
Of course I can forward it for you, but it would be best if you do it,
you have the machine after all.
grts Tim
