I think the time has come that many experienced Unix persons would wonder
why "ip" is not installed on a system and quickly install it afterwards.
Two-thirds of popcon participating systems that have net-tools have iproute
installed (iproute 50k, net-tools 75k).
The maintainers have been asked and are ok with it, and report that they
checked with the release team that also didn't have objections.
