Package: tirc
Version: 1.2-10
Severity: normal
Hi,
I use can specify the "transparent" color in my .tircrc file, as
both a foreground and a background color. This works perfectly
well for my terminal (an xterm).
When I run the "o" command, all of the "transparent" colors that I
had specified in my .tircrc are displayed correctly. However,
once I change the background color to some other color, (using the
+/- command), then I cannot specify, ie, recall, the "transparent"
color.
Strangely enough, editing the *foreground& color from
"transparent" does allow the "transparent" color to be edited
back, ie, recalled. In fact, this is how I discovered the
transparent color, as it is not otherwise documented.
Thanks,

The tirc package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
