Hi,
the initscript /etc/init.d/checkfs.sh prints a message that /fastboot and
/forcefsck aren't removable. The message comes from the rm command and is
caused by the readonly mounted rootfs.
% mount G /dev/root
/dev/root on / type ext2 (ro,noatime,errors=remount-ro)
% LC_ALL=C rm -f /fastboot
rm: cannot remove `/fastboot': Read-only file system
While on a writable mounted filesystem rm is quiet.
% mount G /var\
