okay, this in my opinion is a bug (or an "incomplete implementation"), but
having read /usr/share/doc/jags/BUGS, the author might consider it a missing
feature. anyways...
after mounting a share and selecting/highlighting anything else within the
same window, the "Browse..." option is greyed-out, meaning you can't
initiate browsing the mounted share from jags without opening the "Mounted
shares..." window.
1. select/highlight share,
2. right-click,
3. notice the greyed-out "Browse..." option,
4. select "Mount",
5. right-click again,
6. notice the selectable "Browse..." option,
7. select/highlight another item within the same window,
8. select/highlight the mounted share again,
9. right-click, and
10. notice that the "Browse..." option is again greyed-out, though the share
is still mounted.

The jags package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/494643 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
