Package: apt-howto-de
Version: 2.0.2-2
Severity: wishlist

Hello,

I have a Debian ETCH 4.0 Multi-Arch installation DVD,
created by jigdo-lite from Sarge.
After adding the DVD with `apt-cdrom add` to the sources-list file,
apt claims that the DVD is an untrusted source!

Neither section 4.3 ("Hinzufügen einer CD-ROM in die sources.list")
nor chapter 9 ("Being at the other side: creating a repository")
describe how a local repository or a DVD becomes trusted by apt.

Greetings
        Juergen

The apt-howto package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/493787 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
