I have an i386 machine with sound hardware as above running kernel
2.6.18-6-xen-686. When I run /usr/sbin/randomsound as root from the
command-line it aborts with the error "Arecord already died.". When I run it
under strace it appears to work correctly. It seems that there is a race
condition in the randomsound startup.
