support content negociation.
Using this allows Debian to serve its pages in multiple
languages in a (technically) very elegant fashion.
Could you please add content-negociation support to your server ?

Today, http://debian.planetmirror.com/ returns 403 and is not longer
as Debian website mirror for a long time.
Closing the bug as no longer relevant.
