* Standards-Version bumped to 3.8.0
* Updated DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS treatment to match current policy, and added
parallel=N handling
* Removed libjpeg and libungif build-dependancies and disabled the
corresponding configure flags. The GG tokens (for reading of which they
were needed) are not readable when displayed on an ascii screen any more.
