Severity: important

The documentation of struct stat in stat(2) seems to imply that
struct stat.st_blocks is in the same units as stat.st_blocksize. However,
they are not. On my i386 ext3 file system st_blocks in in 512B
units (e.g., see /usr/include/asm/stat.h:struct stat for i386) and
st_blksize is equal to 4096.
