Package: kernel-image-2.6.8-i386
Version: 2.6.8-16

There is a symbolic link at /lib/modules/2.6.8-2-386/source
which points to someone's home directory (horms). The horms
home directory does not exist on a new installation.

This is in the stable (Sarge) release.

The 2.6.8 kernel is no longer supported by Debian so I'm closing
your bug report. Please try the 2.6.26 kernel from Debian lenny. If
this issue is still present, let me know.

Thanks.
