Hi,
Hitting the <space> key is enough to play or pause the current
selected item (no need to hit <ctrl> key at the same time).
This prevents searches with several words (cannot input any space in the
search bar)

All my apologies, I have just discovered this was due to a wrong
keyboard layout, following to evdev issues this morning.
