Note: I'm using the version from backports.org, it should correspond to

When installing, restarting the daemon fails thusly:

I use per-user TMPDIR settings, but since the clamav daemon is not run as
root, IMHO it should not inherit the TMPDIR setting from the calling
process. If I unset TMPDIR, it starts fine.
