Hi there, As per libvirt's docs: KVM hypervisor: The driver will probe /usr/bin for the presence of qemu-kvm and /dev/kvm device node. If both are found, then KVM fullyvirtualized, hardware accelerated guests will be available. This is true, as if there's not /usr/bin/qemu-kvm you can't do KVM virtual machines (and if you have no qemu installed you can only do UML then). I had to manually create a link from qemu-kvm to kvm and I can now do KVM machines. Maybe either the kvm package should provide this link or the libvirt-bin package should be changed to check for /usr/bin/kvm instead of qemu-kvm Thanks for packaging libvirt!
