When using gqmpeg on a filesystem with iso-8859-1 characters, filenames
and id3 tags appear incomplete and a warning is shown asking to set the
environment variable G_BROKEN_FILENAMES to 1. If this is done, filenames will
appear
right, but id3 tags still will appear incomplete and files will fail to play
with the error: file not found.

The gqmpeg package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
