It'd be really useful when debugging programs based on NSPR to have the
debug version of the libraries available, either in libnspr-dev or in a
separate -dbg package.

-dbg packages have been added a while ago (actually earlier than the
version in the top of this message, but it wasn't the nspr source
package then).
