Currently the scrollkeeper.map file contains so limited mapping for
scrollkeeper that a large number of doc-base documents doesn't generate
scrollkeeper omf file, which keep them from available for scrollkeeper
document browsers, such as yelp. It'll be good to cover all available
doc-base sections in the scrollkeeper.map file.
I've provided a draft scrollkeeper.map file that contains all current
doc-base sections and mapped to scrollkeeper sections that exists in
original map file. Sure it should be revised to take advantage of all
scrollkeeper sections, but it can be a start point.
