Somewhere in the last versions the windows containing the edges of the
border of a window where broken. They now have one grey pixel where a
black or white should be right at the border. Maybe the windows are
one pixel to small or the connecting once.

PS: I hate the default system.qvwmrc. May you should ask during
installation whether a flashy or quite config is wanted.

The qvwm package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
