When I use apt-get to install libxul-dev I receive this error:

libxul-dev doesn't exist in testing, but exists in stable. With your
setup, apt is trying to get dependencies from testing for this stable
package. Add -t stable to your apt-get command line. Or, alternatively,
install xulrunner-1.9-dev.
