From another machine (from local it looks like another bug, most
likely, in a lighttpd configuration) point a browser to
http://machinename/phpmyadmin
Expected results:
Http page with login prompt.
Possible suggestions:
Either add cgi.assign for /phpmyadmin/, mention this in documentation,
or move phpmyadmin to /cgi-bin/ (I am not very familiar with lighttpd
configuration, so, maybe, there is a better way to solve this).
