When typing a phone number with the numeric keypad, the key is accepted on
the "KeyUp" event, not on the "KeyDown" event. So, when you type fast 2 numbers
closely, and release the second key before the first key pressed, the second
number is accepted before the first number. But with the typewriter keys, I
don't have this problem.
