When popbugs is run before the first run of popularity-contest it says
to run it from cron.weekly but popularity-contest is now run from
cron.daily (popularity-contest bug number 50043 because the man page of
it says also weekly)
If we change it to says to run popularity-contest from cron.daily it
will still not work since popularity-contest is configured to run only
on one fixed day (/etc/popularity-contest.conf DAY="2")
Don't know how to join this bug from theses two packages...
