The tre sources come with Finnish and Swedish localization files,
and po/Makefile copies them to the install tree:
tre-0.7.5/debian/tmp/usr/share/locale/fi/LC_MESSAGES/tre.mo
tre-0.7.5/debian/tmp/usr/share/locale/sv/LC_MESSAGES/tre.mo
However, these files are not included in any of the binary
packages built from the tre sources. So localization does not
work:
$ tre-agrep '['
tre-agrep: Error in search pattern: Missing ']'
After manually copying the file to the right place, it works:
$ tre-agrep '['
tre-agrep: Virhe hakulausekkeessa: Puuttuva ']'
Because the *.mo files are currently only 16k total, it doesn't
seem useful to make a new binary-all package for them. The files
contain translations for both libtre and tre-agrep, so I guess
they should go in the libtre4 package.
