The kipi-plugins in lenny cannot export to picasaweb. The Upload does not make
any progress.
When I update to kipi-plugins from experimental (0.1.6-1), the upload works
flawless.
Since many users might want to use the picasaweb export, I suggest to let 0.1.6
into lenny (assuming this is only a bugfix release and the chances that it
breaks
something are very small).

Thanks for the bug report.
Unfortunately we are only in a position to fix Release Critical bugs. As you
state this is fixed in 0.1.6 and better.
