is not present, but is linked to by other html files.
I have not checked for other broken links.
Fortunately the documentation is duplicated in PDF format and that format
contains the missing information

The db4.3 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
