While translating the db4.3-util package description in
DDTP, I had the impression that there is a small typo. The actual
text says:

It seems that the db4.3_dump is incomplete, it doesn't
finish the sentence as expected, I had the impression that it
should be "by whom" it is understood. I hope this helps. :-)

The db4.3 package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/515553 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
