Package: grip
Version: 2.7-2
Severity: wishlist
If you look at gtcd, the cd player from gnome, you'll see that it don't access
the cddb db directly. It use a "proxy" named cddbslave, which comes with it in
the package gnome-media. The fact is that even if I'm offline, I can access the
title of the songs in gtcd, but I've to be online in order to use grip cddb
facilities. It would be great to change this.
Many thanks, Mt.
PS: sorry for this "bug report bombing", but I think grip is the best ripper
out there. I just want it to become perfect...
