Steps to reproduce:
1) start freecol
2) goto options
3) set language to Finnish (or anything different really)
4) save settings and quit
5) start freecol
6) goto options
Expected results:
6) Finnish is shown as the current language
Actual results:
6) Language selection says "Autodetect Language"
More info:
1) This bug is annoying since if I click ok on the options dialog
without changing anything the language of the UI changes. This means
that I need to fix the language setting every time I change some
options.
