 kexec-tools should be included for armel.  For compleness, I need to
 point to:
    http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=489175
 which has a "patch" to fix the build on armel; I'll send a full
 debdiff.  I didn't actually check arm, only armel, but it should work
 all the same.

 Also, kexec might have kernel side issues on some hardware, but it was
 witnessed working under qemu/armel recently and on openmoko.

[Debian bug #513728]

kexec-tools is, after a patch, confirmed to work on armel.  As sid does
not contain arm anymore and as it was not confirmed for it to work I
enabled armel only.
