Tooltips on plugins aren't refreshed. For example if you move mouse over
CPU graph (xfce4-systemload-plugin) and cpu load change, tooltip doesn't
change.
Some time ago it was OK. I don't remember when it changed. Probably when
gtk+2.0 2.12 migrated to testing but I'm not sure.
