I originally filed a crash report at
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=572445>, which upstream thinks is
caused by 10_smart_bookmarks.patch.
To reproduce the crash, you have to have a bookmark to a site that uses http
authentication; then drag the bookmark to the toolbar; then middle-click the
bookmark. Instead of prompting for authentication, epiphany crashes. If you
have already authenticated with the site this session, there is no crash.
The backtrace and some extra debug info can be found on the upstream bug
tracker.
