Hello Maintainer,

Long time ago there was a bug concerning the wrong message size over
IMAP. Since my mutt (Etch and Lenny) crash for unexpected reasons I was
analyzing the IMAP protocl and seen, the message size was reported
correctly by courier-imap.

There was a patch which corrected this misbehaviour and my question is
now, why was this bug closed and the patch not applied?

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
