Hi,
although there is already bug #268269 concerning the -affine option, I
chose to file a new one since this one seems different (and more severe)
to me. My apologies if you disagree.
When -affine is given certain combinations of matrix elements, it does
not carry out a normal transform, but produces a fully transparent or
(if the output format does not support transparency) white output image.
I found these sets as examples for matrix elements that trigger this
behaviour:

1,.008878,-.008878,1,65.99,-56.49
1,.009557,-.009557,1,69.85,-59.33
1,.009617,-.009617,1,72.75,-63.47
1,.009926,-.009926,1,76.27,-66.29
1,.012019,-.012019,1,87.24,-75.44
1,.011962,-.011962,1,91.43,-78.73
1,.012697,-.012697,1,94.17,-82.21

Mostly, small changes to some of the matrix elements are sufficient to
make -affine behave normal again, but sometimes the parameters can be
varied within a broad range without any positive effect.
Greetings & Thanks,

Jan Harnisch
