Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: important

I'm unable to upload chromium-bsu to NEW, every upload gives this:

$CHANGESFILE is already present on target host:
   $SOMEDEB
Either you already uploaded it, or someone else came first.
   Job $CHANGESFILE removed.

   Greetings,

        Your Debian queue daemon

A review of the events causing this is below.

I initially uploaded chromium-bsu (a source and binary package rename
from chromium) but it was rejected due to my key being expired.

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2009-March/011057.html

After that I uploaded it again because I hadn't got a rejection mail:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2009-April/011067.html

Then I mailed [email protected] and Ganneff told me my key was expired.

Then I asked several others to sponsor it for me:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2009-April/011072.html
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2009-April/011084.html

Then I asked keyring maint to update my key, which noodles has done:

https://rt.debian.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=1273

I confirmed keyring.d.o returned the correct expiry date.

Then I rebuilt and uploaded it again:

http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2009-April/011119.html

Then I tried a dcut, got "no files to remove" and uploaded again:
