Upgrading etch to lenny doesn't upgrade no-ip to noip2. Also, manual
installation of noip2 doesn't replace or remove no-ip, so you can end
with both packages installed. In this case noip2 seems to start, but
doesn't work (it doesn't update addresses in no-ip.com).
After no-ip elimination and a noip2 restart, finally it begins to
update.
