The scp protocol is very slow because it depends on the link latency,
and for this reason it should never be used if a better alternative is
available.
rsync is such an alternative. Its charactheristcs are very similar to
the ones of scp, so it could be easily implemented in the configuration
file as a flag to scp upload method.
Please also support an option to allow specifying extra rsync command
line parameters.
