The patch stop_failing_tests_on_values_begin.patch was needed when
building against xapian-core 1.0.4, but the bug it works around was
fixed by xapian-core 1.0.5.
Since libsearch-xapian-perl has a build dependency on "libxapian-dev (>=
1.0.10)" this patch is no longer required.
