Package: network-manager
Version: 0.6.6-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi

Earlier today, update-manager offered to upgrade network-manager and
other 5 related packages to version 0.7.1-1, which I gladly accepted.

At the end of the upgrade, an error message was displayed sayng that
network-manager applet couldn't find some important resources.

Tried to resuscitate (restart) network interfaces and network-manager
itself to no joy. Modprobed ath5k a few times with no errors. Rebooted
just to be sure, still no wireless connectivity.

Had to revert to cable ethernet. Brought back network-manager and
related packages to version 0.6.6 and everithing works fine now.

Something very wrong seems to be happening to wireless with latest
network-manager in testing.

Regards
Vittorio
