Hi,
The attached patch enables quilt and adds a patch to copy
tevent_util.h to includes directory. Building samba alpha6 and current
trunk ( Apr 26 2009) fails because of this.

tevent_util.h is an internal header file for tevent, not meant for
external installation. Samba 4 should not really upon it and it is a
bug in Samba that it does at the moment. We'll try to fix this before
the next alpha.
